Return Policy

1- No return or exchange:
We do not accept any return or exchange unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at Contact@booksondemand.ma or our instagram page: @booksondemand.ma and provide us with details of the product and its defect.


You can return the item which you consider to be defective.
When we have received the returned product, we will examine it carefully and notify you by email, within a reasonable time, whether its defect entitles you to a refund or a replacement. If you are entitled to a refund or replacement, we will replace the product or refund its purchase price, depending on the original method of payment.


2 - Reimbursements allowed:
We accept returns. You may return unopened items, in their original condition, within 2 days of purchase, if you show your receipt or proof of purchase.


If 2 or more days have passed since the date of your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
When we have received the returned product, we will examine it carefully and let you know by email, within a reasonable time, whether you are entitled to a refund. If you are eligible, we will refund the purchase price to the original payment method.
Only items at the current price can be refunded. Items sold at a reduced price are non-refundable.

3- Exchanges.
We only exchange defective or damaged goods. If you ever believe that a product is defective, you should immediately contact us at booksondemand.ma and provide us with details of the product and its defect. You can return the item which you consider to be defective.

When we have received the returned product, we will examine it carefully and notify you by email, within a reasonable time, whether its defect qualifies you for a replacement. If so, we will send you a replacement product.


4. Shipping
Please return the item you purchased and wish to return.
Refunds do not cover shipping and handling charges shown on the packing slip or invoice. Shipping costs for all returns must be prepaid, and you must also bear insurance costs. You are responsible for any loss and damage to equipment that occurs during shipping. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The amounts reimbursed will therefore not include the cost of delivery.
